  1. I appreciate you for the truly amazing write-up. With the world cup coming round your are starting to get far better discussions on sports all over the world. Continue the good work please. The internet needs it.

  2. Your blog keeps getting better and better! I’ve been following your posts for a couple of weeks now and I gotta say that your older articles don’t offer as much insight as the newer ones. You have a lot more ideas and originality now, your writing is constantly improving.
Keep it up! By the way, if you’re looking into placing some advertisements on your blog – you should really do it. Don’t go for all that 3rd party crap – Use a nice monetization tool coded by a buddy of mine which by far the best, it’s a must have plugin for any serious blogger.
You can find it at Thaidy.com/BestWordPressPlugin and give it a free test-run.

Do you know if there are any plugin incompatabilities with BackupWordPress? I've had mixed results with this plugin using both the EasyMode and Advanced Mode, especially now with WP 3.0.

  4. Oh, you’re using wordpress right? I have found a plugin here, that might help you. It gets High Quality Backlinks for your site on Autopilot. Check it out and let me know what you think: http://bit.ly/BlacklinksAutopilot

  5. admin says:

THE Blacklinks auto pilot wordpress plugin is a crazy expensive plugin. for $500 bucks there are many other wordpress plugins available for 1/10th that
that you could try and not risk $500.

i would avoid the Blacklinksautopilot plugin.

Thanks very much for this post. I have been looking for 3 years for a backup like this. I have been using two well known backups, one for DB and the other for media etc. I found this post because I was looking to see good or bad comments about BackUpMyWordpress.
On the strength of this post, I installed the plugin on a test site and made a manual backup, which I then checked. The DB was restored and all the files are there. I will check the automatic backup tomorrow  and then try some of the advanced settings, probably not to backup daily and keep about 4 last backups. If everything tests Ok, I will post about how good it is.
    Thanks again
    Rob
